Need to surrender or rehome your pet?
We at St. Francis Animal Shelter understand that sometimes you end up having to make the decision to rehome your animal. There are some options to explore before surrendering your pet to the shelter. Rehoming directly allows you to find a new loving home for your pet without them having to go through the stress of being in the shelter.
One option is the rehome feature on the Adopt A Pet website.
Other Options to Consider

All surrenders must be approved prior to them coming into the shelter.
Animals from outside Johnson County must be spayed/neutered prior to consideration for surrender acceptance.
